Bath Body Bliss handmade body products are lovingly made in small batches.
- Each product is carefully formulated to gently care for your skin.
- All of our soaps & body products are tested on family, friends and willing helpers (no animals).
- Every batch is carefully tested before being released for sale.
What goes in our products?
- Our products are packed full of high quality, skin-loving oils & butters, cosmetic grade body-safe emollients, surfactants and other beneficial ingredients.
- We use only food or cosmetic grade oils & butters, together with skin-safe cosmetic colours, pure essential oils and fragrances. We also use natural clays, minerals and botanicals.
How About Allergens?
- Ingredients mild to one person may be an allergen to another – please read the provided ingredient information to avoid any known allergens.
- Products are made for external use only – please don’t eat them (no matter how yummy they may look or smell), and avoid getting products in your eyes.
- As with any body products, if a rash or irritation should occur, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if needed.
How long will my product last?
- For the best possible experience we suggest you use your unopened product within 6 months from date of purchase, or 2 months of being opened.
- All of our products are created in a clean & sanitised environment, using freshly washed & sanitised utensils and fresh, quality ingredients.
- Ingredients may include Vitamin E, which is a known anti-oxidant (to help extend the life of any oils used in your product) together with being wonderful for your skin.
- Another ingredient we often use is a cosmetic, body-safe preservative – whenever a product includes a water component or is a scrub likely to come into contact with water, a preservative will help prevent the growth of any nasties.
Will every item look the same?
- The beauty of handmade is that no 2 items will ever be alike. Varations in size, weight, colour and pattern will occur – even between items made in the same batch.
- For this reason, please use our image as reference only. Whilst your product will contain the exact same ingredients and be made in the exact same way, it may look slightly different to the actual items pictured.
- Our main product images will often show the appearance of a regular, standard-size item. The ‘additional information’ tab will give measurements and weights for all different sizes available for that specific product.
Can I get something made especially for me?
- We can made custom products for special occasions, and love to make bulk or wholesale orders. Please get in touch if you’d like to know more about these.
- If you’d like to use our handmade products but are sensitive to an ingredient listed, please let us know – we’d be happy to discuss a custom order using an alternative ingredient for you.
