Shipping policy
Processing Time (regular orders) : we aim to have your products ready for despatch within 3 - 5 days from date of order.
Processing Time (bulk, wholesale & custom orders) : the time to have your products ready for despatch will vary, depending on the items ordered.
- Handmade Soaps - 4-6 weeks cure period from date of order
- All other products - 5-10 business days from order

Shipping & Delivery (regular orders) :
We deliver to Australian addresses with your choice of standard or express delivery, using the Australia Post network. All orders are shipped with barcoded or tracked delivery, and online tracking information (where applicable) will be included on the ‘order complete’ email sent to you through our website.
Shipping & Delivery (bulk, wholesale & custom orders) :
Shipping costs for bulk & wholesale orders is calculated based on the order weight, and shipping will be with our choice of either Australia Post or a courier service.
- Where handmade soap products are included with your order, all items will be made closer to the time when your soaps are due for packaging - this will ensure you receive the freshest product, with the longest possibly shelf-life.
- If you wish to receive your other products at the time of order instead, please add the extra delivery fee option to your order.
- If you wish to use a specific delivery partner for your bulk or wholesale order, please get in touch before ordering so we can provide a custom shipping quote for you.
Please check your delivery address carefully at the time of order placement, as orders cannot be redirected once in transit.
Where an order is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, or insufficiently addressed we will contact you by email for further instructions – please note that in these cases an additional delivery fee will apply to have the order re-sent.
