Where you wish to have your order split into more than 1 delivery (eg. to a separate address, or you'd like your order shipped part now/part later) we have the option to add an extra delivery fee to your order.

Each 'Extra Delivery Fee' purchased = 1 shipping label.

For 3 separate deliveries, you need to purchase 2 x Extra Delivery Fees.

    Description

    • We offer capped price (or FREE) shipping on your order for a single delivery – and many times the actual shipping cost we pay can be higher than this.
    • Where you wish to have your order split into more than 1 delivery (eg. to a separate address, or you'd like your order shipped part now/part later) we have the option to add an Extra Delivery Fee to your order.
    • We don’t wish to profit from overcharging on postage fees, so in the event the total of your paid shipping fees ends up being more than what it costs to ship your full order to you, we will refund any excess shipping fees paid.
    • Any refund will be to the original payment method for your order, and will be calculated once all items ordered have been despatched and the full postage cost is known.

    Important Info:

    If you wish to split your order into 2 (or more) delivery addresses, you will need to let us know how the order is to be split so the correct items are sent to the right address.
