What payment type do you accept?

For online orders we accept :

  • Credit or Debit cards
  • Paypal (including Pay In 4)
  • ShopPay
  • Afterpay*
  • Klarna*
* not available for wholesale orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
  • Regular stock items – you can change or cancel your order any time up until the products have been packaged for despatch to you.
  • Custom & Wholesale Orders – you can change or cancel your order up to start of production.
When will I get my order?

We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 business days, and some products may be even faster. As many of our products are 'made to order', we aren't able to offer 'next day shipping' - but the extra couple of days wait will definitely be worthwhile.

Once your order is all packed & ready to go, we'll send you an update email.

For packages with uploaded tracking, you can track your parcel online throughout the delivery process, and may also receive delivery updates directly from Australia Post.

Packages which are sent as barcoded mail do not include online tracking.

Standard orders to Metro locations mostly arrive within 2-5 working days, and Express orders within 1-2 working days.

Remote locations may take a bit longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard delivery for in-stock orders of $100 or over.

Some products include FREE standard delivery, regardless of order value.

In-Stock products -  standard delivery varies between $7.50 and $12.00 depending on the total weight of your items.

The actual delivery cost charged will depend on the products in your order, and can always be viewed in your cart before you complete checkout.

Custom & Wholesale products - the delivery options & cost will vary depending on the size & weight of your total order, and can be viewed in your cart before you complete checkout.

Do you have Express Shipping?

In-Stock products - You can upgrade your order to Express Delivery at checkout, or contact us to upgrade at any time before your order is despatched. Additional cost applies.

Please note that ‘express delivery’ refers to the delivery speed only, and our usual order processing times will still apply to your order.

Custom & Wholesale products - Express Delivery is only available in cart for orders < 5kg.

If this option doesn't appear for your order, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.

Can I get a Tax Invoice for my order?

Our website includes GST in all prices shown.

Our 'Order Confirmation' email can be used as a Tax Invoice, and includes all the details required by ATO to claim back your GST.

Please contact us if you need a PDF Tax Invoice for your accounting records.

As a small home-based business we prefer to be contacted by email, as our admin work is usually processed outside of normal business hours.
