What Payment types do you accept?

For retail orders placed online we use Shopify Payments, which may include:

  • Credit or Debit Cards
  • Paypal
  • Afterpay
  • ShopPay 

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

  • Regular stock items – you can change or cancel your order any time up until the products have been packaged for despatch to you.
  • Custom Orders – you can change or cancel your order only up until production of your item has commenced. 

How will I know when my order is despatched?

You will receive an initial order confirmation email once you’ve placed an order, and will receive a follow-up email once your order has been despatched. 

How much will delivery cost?

We offer FREE standard delivery for in-stock orders of $100 or over.

Many of our items include FREE standard delivery, regardless of order value or weight.

In-Stock products -  where free delivery is not included, our standard delivery varies between $5.95 and $12.00 depending on the total weight of your items.

The actual delivery cost charged will depend on the products in your order, and can be viewed in your cart before you complete checkout.

Custom & Wholesale products - the delivery options & cost will vary depending on the size & weight of your total order, and can be viewed in your cart before you complete checkout.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes we do! You can upgrade your order to Express Delivery at checkout, or contact us to upgrade at any time before your order is packaged ready for despatch to you. Additional delivery fee applies.

Please note that ‘express delivery’ refers to the delivery speed only, and our usual order processing times will still apply to your order.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We aim to despatch your order within 3 – 5 working days after the date your payment is received. Please allow up to 10 working days transit time after this period for your order to reach you.

For packages with uploaded tracking, you can track your parcel online throughout the delivery process, and may also receive delivery updates directly from our delivery partner (either Australia Post or our courier service).

Packages which are sent as barcoded mail do not include online tracking.

Can I get a Tax Invoice for my order?

We are an Australian business, registered for GST. This means that our website includes GST in the price of our products. Tax invoices are available to download from the link in our despatch email, and also when logged into the 'my account' area of our website.

Can I contact you by phone?

As a small home-based business we prefer to be contacted by email, as our admin work is usually processed outside of normal business hours. We hope to have a customer service team phone number at some stage in the future.
