Directions for Use

Carefully remove any leftover diffuser oil & your old reeds, and dispose of them safely.

When changing your fragrance, wash & dry your glassware after emptying, to remove any residual scent.

If refreshing your existing fragrance, your can simply top-up your glassware with the fresh diffuser oil.

Remember to allow sufficient room in your glassware to add your reeds.

For immediate scent throw you can dip the reeds into the new diffuser oil and then simply invert the reeds so the dipped end is at the top. The natural absorption action of the reeds will wick the diffuser oil upwards to disperse the fragrance around the room.

** Diffuser oils can damage or stain many surfaces, please take care when working with this product.

  • Faulty / Damaged / Missing Items – please contact us within 2 days of receipt with details & photos of the issue, so we can arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
  • If we require the affected item to be returned, we will email a return shipping label to you.

  • Change of Mind Returns – please contact us within 14 days from receipt to arrange a return. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refundable, and product must be received by us in new / sealed / unused condition.

  • Other Returns – please contact us within 30 days from receipt to discuss a return for any other reason.
