Our gift cards are delivered by email, and include instructions to redeem them at our website checkout.

The gift card will be sent to the email entered at time of purchase. This means if you're buying for another person, you can choose to have us email your recipient directly, and include a personal message from you - and you can also choose to have it emailed on a specific future date.

Gift cards can be used to cover the total order amount (including any GST or shipping cost), and can be spent over 1 or more orders. There are no additional processing fees or expiry date on gift cards.

Gift Cards cannot be amended, refunded or exchanged for cash, so please ensure you select the correct amount at time of purchase.

If you'd like to gift an amount other than those shown, please get in touch for a custom amount.

Total shipping for your order is calculated at checkout, according to all the products in your cart.

Returns

Gift Cards / Digital Products – due to the nature of these items, no refund can be issued if the item has been downloaded or the gift card has been sent.
For gift cards not yet sent, a store credit for the amount paid will be issued to the purchaser.
For digital items not yet downloaded, the download will be cancelled and a store credit issued to the purchaser for the amount paid.

Physical Products

We have a 100% quality guarantee on the products we make & sell.

Faulty / Damaged / Missing Items – please contact us within 2 days of receipt with details & photos of the issue, so we can arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
If we require the affected item to be returned, we will email a return shipping label to you.

Change of Mind Returns – please contact us within 14 days from receipt to arrange a return. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refundable, and product must be received by us in new / sealed / unused condition.

Other Returns – please contact us within 30 days from receipt to discuss a return for any other reason

Handmade Products Info

Due to the nature of handmade products, the appearance of each item will be completely unique – slight variations in size, weight, design and colour will occur. For this reason, please use our images as reference only.

🥵 as with any body products, if a rash or irritation should occur please discontinue use & seek medical advice if needed
🍽️ our products are made for external use only – please don’t eat them (no matter how yummy they may look or smell), and avoid getting product in your eyes
