Returns

  • Faulty / Damaged / Missing Items – please contact us within 2 days of receipt with details & photos of the issue, so we can arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
  • If we require the affected item to be returned, we will email a return shipping label to you.

  • Change of Mind Returns – please contact us within 14 days from receipt to arrange a return. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refundable, and product must be received by us in new / sealed / unused condition.

  • Other Returns – please contact us within 30 days from receipt to discuss a return for any other reason.

How To Use

Simply cut your Melt & Pour soap base into small chunks & place into a heatproof jug. Microwave or heat over a double-boiler, mix in your colour & fragrance, and then pour into your moulds & leave until it cools & solidifies, ready to be unmoulded.
