  • Each bar is e55g or more when packaged.

Soap Bars are packaged in a bulk paper wrap affixed with an ingredients/batch label.

Full ingredients & batch details provided separately. Our current product labels can be included if requested at time of order.

Returns

  • Faulty / Damaged / Missing Items – please contact us within 2 days of receipt with details & photos of the issue, so we can a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
  • If we require the affected item to be returned, we will email a return shipping label to you.

  • Change of Mind Returns - are not accepted for wholesale purchases.

  • Other Returns – please contact us within 30 days from receipt to discuss a return for any other reason.

Due to the nature of handmade products, the appearance of each item will be completely unique – slight variations in size, weight, design and colour will occur. For this reason, please use our images as reference only.

  • 🍽️ our products are made for external use only – please don’t eat them (no matter how yummy they may look or smell), and avoid getting product in your eyes
