Our handmade and hand-poured lip balms are filled with natural oils, butters and plant waxes to nourish & protect your lips. Great for daily use, our lip balms will help soften, soothe and help prevent dry, cracked lips.

Apply lip balm whenever needed, especially during cold, dry or windy weather. Store your lip balm away from heat and out of direct sunlight to avoid melting (if it melts, simply pop the sealed tube in your fridge for a short while to re-solidify).

Always store your lip balm with the cap on, to prevent contamination.

Lip balms can soften or melt in high temperatures, so keep away from direct heat & sunlight. If necessary, place lip balm in the fridge for a few hours to cool down re-solidfy.

Faulty / Damaged / Missing Items – please contact us within 2 days of receipt with details & photos of the issue, so we can arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. If we require the affected item to be returned, we'll email a return shipping label to you.
Change of Mind Returns – please contact us within 14 days from receipt to arrange a return. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refundable, and product must be received by us in new / sealed / unused condition.
Other Returns – please contact us within 30 days from receipt to discuss a return for any other reason.
