Cocoa butter is a yellowish coloured edible natural fat, extracted from the seed of the cocoa bean. The butter is a solid & brittle fat at room temperature and can be melted in a microwave or water bath. Smaller amounts will also melt easily on contact with your skin. Cocoa butter is vegan friendly, and not tested on animals.
A great natural butter for your skin Cocoa Butter is used in many skincare & beauty products (as well as chocolate), such as moisturising lotions & creams, soaps, body butters & lipsticks. Our cocoa butter is deodorised, and only a subtle chocolate scent remains, so it won’t overpower any other flavour or scent you may be working with.
