- Faulty / Damaged / Missing Items – please contact us within 2 days of receipt with details & photos of the issue, so we can fix this for you.
- Change of Mind Returns – please contact us within 14 days from receipt to arrange a return. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refundable, and product must be received by us in new / sealed / unused condition.
- Other Returns – please contact us within 30 days from receipt to discuss a return for any other reason.
